  13. COMMON PROBLEMS

  15. PROBLEM: The Half Life movie won't run.
  16.  
  17. ANSWER: The Half Life movie is a .MPG or MPEG movie file and may require you to download drivers to play.  Microsoft offers an update to the Win95/98 Media Player.  You can download this at www.microsoft.com/msdowload/default.htm.

  19. PROBLEM: The Return To Krondor movie won't run.

  21. ANSWER: The Krondor movie is an .AVI file but requires that you install a special driver to view it.  This driver is included on the CD and can be found in the DRIVERS directory on this CD.  A shortcut to the file can be found in the SIERRA DEMOS folder created in the START MENU.

  23. PROBLEM: The After Dark Games movie won't run.

  25. ANSWER: The ADGames movie is a .MOV file and may require you to download the special Quicktime viewer.  You can download this viewer from Apple at www.apple.com/quicktime.

  27. PROBLEM: I'm having problems running or installing some of the non-movie demos.

  29. ANSWER: You'll want to check the readme files for each game found in their folders.  These files will contain specific information on System Requirments and installation and running problems you might encounter.
